To Join NEIN during regular business hours, you can call and have the forms faxed to you,
or after business hours you can download and print the NEIN Agree and Member forms by clicking the "Agree" and "Member" buttons on the left. (Adobe Acrobat Reader Required - download here).

Agree is the Contract Agreement Form between Your Company and NEIN.

Membership form provides us with required information as well as your preferences for contact.

Please fill out both the "Agree" and "Member" forms, as both are required for NEIN Membership.
